Return and Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Policy

Overview

At Moirail Stores, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer an exchange-only policy. Once goods are sold, we do not accept returns for a refund.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, customers must first send the product back to us at their own cost. After receiving the item, our team will conduct a quality inspection to ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and eligible for exchange specifically for sizing issues. Only upon successful inspection will the exchange process proceed. If the item is found to be used, washed, damaged, or altered, the exchange will not be approved, and return of the same product back to the customer may attract additional shipping charges depending on circumstances.

Return pickup and redelivery shipping charges will be additional and borne by the customer.

Please note that requests for exchange based solely on color preference changes will not be accepted under this policy.

Handling Excess Amounts

If the exchanged product’s value is less than the original purchase, the remaining balance will not be refunded in cash. Instead, it will be issued as a coupon or credit voucher, redeemable for future purchases at Moirail Stores.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that are used, washed, damaged, or altered.
  • Products without original tags or invoice proof.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless explicitly mentioned otherwise).

Damaged Products at Delivery

In the unlikely event that the product is received damaged, customers must provide a complete, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the package opening. Edited, paused, or unclear videos will not be accepted for claims.

Conditions

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Moirail Stores reserves the right to decline an exchange request if the product does not meet our eligibility criteria after inspection.

All exchange communications must be initiated by contacting us at returns@stores.moirailhub.in within the stipulated time frame. Our team will guide you through the next steps upon verification of your request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update or modify this Return and Exchange Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
